The User's Guide for MUICT ROOM RESERVATION application is the first manual the reader should consult when learning about
This manual is designed to:
• introduce the first-time user to using MUICT ROOM RESERVATION application.
• provide a description of the available function and how to use them.
Description of the available function
1.Logging into the Application
Before user using the application, use your internet browser to access the system at the following
http://10.34.110.70/roomreservation/
In the Username field, type a valid username and password, then press sign in button.
2.Logging Out
Select Logout at the upper right hand corner of the page to end your session.
3. View the available room
The application provide the information of all available room by user have to select filter the our program provided
Student and instructor user -
Officer user -
4. Reserve room
For Student and instructor user after user view the available room, then can request the available room by press the request button.
Student user have to input information in

5.View the reservation status
For student and instructor, they have to wait for an approved status from staff and the status will be "pending". If staff allows them to use room, it will show status "ok" otherwise status will be "deny". Moreover, they can also "delete" their request before the request is approved.
For staffs, they can will the total of reservation room and they can choose single or multiple choices for approving or denying. Staffs have to choose room before click button "approve" or "deny" and then it will notify users who request this room whether it approves or not.
6.View report
For only staffs, they can view the overall of reservation on each day by choosing the exactly date and click on the button then the system will show the overall of the reservation on that day to making the report.
