What worked well?

• We have a structure for UI (css).

• Meeting well.

• Separate work well.

• User interface is going well.

  • The UI of work has been done.

  • We can add roomRequest for student to DB.

  • Separate tasks are well, everyone has clear duty.

  • Everyone can give an opinion.

  • Database design is going well.

  • Login and request form are already complete.

What didn't work well

• • We are behind what we have planed.

  • Some features are related with other,so the process is long for waiting.

  • Slow work.

  • Some function is still doing late.

  • Some data in database does not match with the code.

  • We have less time to sit and work together.

  • The list to do is not update time by time, so may get some confusion.

  • Programmers don't understand code enough.

  • Some team members have poor skill on coding or implement a function.

  • There are some bugs in code

    Where are some opportunities to do things differently?

• • Find appropriate time to sit and discuss working together.

  • Chang some features to group to one features,if they are the same task.

  • Do work like a group more than this.

  • Better coding team member tries to help others who is not well in code.

  • Member group have to focus on their work.

  • Spend more time to focused on the project.

  • Should update new complete feature in timeline, every time.

  • Meeting more to discuss about problems what is going on.
